Alpelle/ Riva open-close packaging reward

Alpella / Riva design work was done for interior filled chocolate products for the consumers comfort. At design stage, BOPP films with high brightness, special wax and cold seal have been used. Oxygen, moisture and light barrier properties of BOPP films to be used were considered to be improved. Precision cylinders were printed in rotogravure machines. BOPP films brightness ensured more attractive look on the shelves,and improved barrier properties have also increased their shelf life.

Structure developed for Alpella / Riva is a perfect design for flowpack packaging applications. Ensures high speed applications in Flowpack machinery. Cold Seal used in this system never touches the product whatsoever end user may use several times by open-consume-close-reopen. this feature enriches product functionality and guarantees freshness to the final consumer.
